The state of the art
CONNET ON-BOARD SYSTEMS incorporate unique technical solutions and architecture.
They are designed for maximum flexibility in terms of
- Implemented functions
- Connectivity
- Interface with other on-board subsystems
- Future system evolution
- Price-performance ratio
The engineering fully considers
- The specific vehicle structure
- Maintenance needs
HIGH Architecture
- HIGH architecture offers the highest expansion levels and distributed calculation power.
- The on-board computer is based on an industrial ATOM CPU (EMEMLOW), 1.1 GHz (with a working temperature of 40+85°C), and provides backup to the most complex applications.
- It is extremely compact, it contains an integrated switch managed system and works in parallel with a WIFI UMTS on-board router.
- The available number and features of communications interfaces mean that all the on-board subsystems can be perfectly integrated, such as ticket issue, passenger count and video surveillance.
COMPACT1 Architecture
- COMPACT architecture requires a minimum amount of components and wiring.
- OBTERM (driver terminal) and OBM (on-board master) functions are incorporated in the OBTERM smart terminal, with total processing capacity based on ARM9 in LINUX.
- Optional interface to other CONNET units, shown on the right of the figure, thus expanding the I/O capacity and communications according to the application needs.
COMPACT2 Architecture
- COMPACT architecture requires a minimum amount of components and wiring.
- The on-board computer functions are carried out by the MICBOARD unit, based on ARM9 in LINUX.
- Compact and strong unit for simple and fast installation.
- Simple reliable connections.
- Optional interface to other CONNET units, shown on the right of the figure, thus expanding the I/O capacity and communications according to the application needs.
